Why can’t I remove a user from my company’s account?
If there is no “Remove” or “Revert” button next to the user, and it is just written “Manager,” it indicates that the user type of that user is “Manager,” which can’t be removed by other “Manager” type users.
To remove a such user, you need to contact us via Intercom chat or email.
If you can’t access “Subscription” window at all, it means that your user type does not have permission to access this information. Talk to the owner of your company’s Attention Insight account to figure out why. If you’re the owner of company’s account, then contact us regarding this situation.
