How does the free trial work?

What does one credit count as?

One credit consists of either capturing a URL or uploading an image file. Anytime you use Chrome Extension, Figma, Sketch or Adobe Xd plugins, it also counts as one credit. If you test your creatives with different design or website types, it will count as one credit for each type. For example, if you test your website in desktop and mobile resolutions, it will count as two credits.

Do you offer yearly price plans?

Yes – Attention Insight gives you the option to pay for your plans annually with a 20% discount prior to VAT. Contact us using the Intercom pop-up at the bottom of your screen or send us an email at [email protected].

Do you offer a discount for nonprofits or educational institutions?

Yes, we offer discounts to nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Please, contact us for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Additionally, invoicing is available on the subscription page. What is your refund policy?

We don’t offer refunds on monthly plans. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features.

How do I cancel my Attention Insight subscription?

To cancel your subscription, launch the Attention Insight app and click on the profile icon at the top-right corner of the screen. Then, go to your Subscription Page. There you will have the opportunity to review your subscription or cancel.
