When you perform an analysis using the Attention Insight app, you get more than on-screen results. You have the ability to generate a comprehensive report that’s ready for sharing with your team or clients. This is where the Analysis Report feature comes in.
How to Access Analysis Reports
Once your design analysis is complete, you have the option to Download Analysis Report. This allows you to produce a professional export of your findings in a matter of moments.
What You Can Customize
When you download the Analysis Report, you can select:
- Format: PDF or PPT presentation
- Language: modify the report language to suit your audience
- Theme: different visual styles for the report
- Content: pick which sections to include (heatmap, contrast map, clarity score, focus map, percentage of attention)
This makes creating a version that suits your needs straightforward – whether you’re preparing a client presentation or conducting an internal design review.
What the Report Includes
The PDF or PPT you export organizes your analysis into an easy-to-follow presentation. Common parts you’ll find include:
- Cover page with analysis details
- Technology validation (MIT verification, accuracy metrics)
- Focus Map overview
- Clarity Score (overall readability rating)
- Attention Heatmap
- Contrast Map summary
- Percentage of Attention (AOIs)
Additional Export Options
The PDF or PPT report doesn’t include everything. You can also export specific visuals and data on their own using the app.
Downloading Images Individually (not part of the Analysis Report)
If you want to use individual analysis views in your own presentations, articles, or social media posts, you can download them as separate images.
For example, you can export:
- The original design
- The heatmap
- The focus map
- The contrast map
- The AOI map with numbers
These individual images don’t show up in the PDF , but they work great alongside it.
Exporting AOI Data (not part of the Analysis Report)
You can also download the Areas of Interest (AOI) data as a CSV file. This table shows how much attention each marked area gets – for instance, the main call-to-action, image, and text.
This file, like the individual images, isn’t part of the PDF report, but it’s useful if you need to compare different designs, see changes across versions, or show numbers next to visuals.
Why It’s Useful
The Analysis Report bundles everything together rather than dealing with scattered screenshots or trying to recall results from memory. For more flexibility, you can mix the PDF with individual images and AOI data.
This comes in handy when you need to:
- Give clients results in a polished way
- Maintain a steady record of design tests
- Include visuals in presentations, pitches, or blog posts
Extra Tip
The Analysis Report function lets you do the following: If you want support for more languages, contact support to ask for more options. They add more languages based on user feedback.
